YOU+ : FROM EGO TO ESSENCE – PRIVATE 7-DAY INTENSIVE

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the YOU+ : FROM EGO TO ESSENCE – Private 7-Day Intensive (“Programme”).
By purchasing or accessing the Programme you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider

The Programme is provided by Alfred Procter in his personal capacity as the creator of YOU+. It is separate from and unrelated to his work as a practising barrister.
2. Nature of the Programme
YOU+ is a digital educational programme delivered through audio recordings and written materials.
The Programme is intended for personal development and educational purposes only.
The Programme does not constitute:
• psychological therapy
• counselling
• medical advice
• legal advice
• professional coaching
• treatment of any mental health condition
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and wellbeing.
3. Eligibility
The Programme is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.
By purchasing the Programme you confirm that:
• you are legally capable of entering into a contract
• you understand the nature of the Programme
• you accept responsibility for your own participation
4. Purchase and Payment
The Programme fee is £1,950, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full before access to the Programme is granted.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. The Provider does not store full payment card details.
5. Digital Delivery
The Programme is delivered digitally through an online platform.
Upon successful purchase you will receive access to the Programme materials.
You are responsible for ensuring:
• you have suitable internet access
• your device is compatible
• your login details remain secure
Sharing access with others is not permitted.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Programme, all sales are final once access to the Programme has been granted.
By purchasing the Programme you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive any statutory cooling-off rights once access begins, except where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All Programme content is the intellectual property of Alfred Procter.
This includes:
• audio recordings
• written materials
• programme structure
• frameworks and concepts
• branding and visual assets
The Programme is licensed for personal use only.
Participants may not:
• reproduce
• distribute
• record
• share
• resell
• publicly display
• adapt or modify
any part of the Programme without prior written permission.
8. Participant Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that:
• the Programme does not guarantee specific outcomes
• individual results will vary
• personal responsibility remains with the participant
The Provider makes no representations that the Programme will produce specific personal, emotional, financial, or professional results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential loss
• loss of opportunity or income
• decisions made by participants following the Programme
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
• death or personal injury caused by negligence
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Account Termination
Access to the Programme may be suspended or terminated if:
• these Terms are breached
• Programme content is shared unlawfully
• misuse of the platform occurs
No refund will be issued in the event of breach.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the YOU+ Privacy Policy, available on the Programme website.
12. Changes to the Programme
The Provider reserves the right to update or modify Programme content where necessary.
Such updates will not materially reduce the value of the Programme purchased.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Programme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
