This Refund Policy explains the terms governing refunds for YOU+ : FROM EGO TO ESSENCE – Private 7-Day Intensive (“Programme”).
1. Digital Programme
YOU+ is a digital educational programme delivered through audio content and written materials.
Access to the Programme is provided immediately upon purchase.
2. No Refunds After Access
Due to the digital nature of the Programme, all purchases are final once access to the Programme has been granted.
By purchasing the Programme you expressly agree that:
• you will receive immediate access to digital content
• you therefore waive any statutory cooling-off rights that would otherwise apply to online purchases of digital products once access begins
Except where required by law, refunds will not be issued after access has been provided.
3. Responsibility Before Purchase
Before purchasing the Programme you are responsible for ensuring that:
• the Programme is suitable for your needs
• you have reviewed the Programme description
• you understand the nature of the content provided
If you have questions about the Programme you are encouraged to contact support prior to purchasing.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
The Provider does not store full payment card information.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting support, access to the Programme may be suspended while the matter is investigated.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances the Provider may, at their sole discretion, consider refund requests.
Such decisions are entirely discretionary and do not create an obligation to provide refunds in other cases.
