4. Individuals Experiencing Psychological or Emotional Difficulties

The Programme is not intended for individuals currently experiencing severe emotional distress, psychological instability, or acute mental health difficulties.

• receiving psychiatric treatment
• experiencing significant anxiety, depression, trauma, or psychological instability
• under the care of a mental health professional
• experiencing suicidal thoughts or severe emotional distress

Participation without appropriate professional guidance may not be suitable.

5. Medical Advice Before Participation

6. Personal Responsibility for Decisions and Actions

Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, and actions arising from the Programme.

The Provider cannot and does not control how participants apply or interpret Programme material.

You agree that the Provider is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Programme.

7. No Professional Relationship

Participation in the Programme does not create:

• a therapeutic relationship
• a medical relationship
• a counselling relationship
• a coaching relationship
• a legal client relationship

The Programme is delivered solely as a digital educational experience.

8. Not Legal Advice

Although the Programme creator, Alfred Procter, is a practising barrister, the Programme is provided entirely separate from his legal practice.

Nothing within the Programme constitutes legal advice and participation does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from:

• participation in the Programme
• interpretation of Programme materials
• personal decisions made following participation

10. Participant Suitability
